Easy Eggnog Pie

Easy Eggnog Pie mixes eggnog, instant pudding mix, milk, nutmeg, and whipped topping into a smooth filling set in a graham cracker crust. It yields a creamy, spiced custard dessert with the characteristic sweetness and flavor of eggnog, chilled until firm. This no-bake pie is a rich treat suited for holiday gatherings or any time eggnog flavor is desired.

Description

The Easy Eggnog Pie starts with a vanilla or cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix combined with full-fat eggnog, whole milk, and nutmeg to enhance the traditional eggnog taste. After beating the mixture to combine, whipped topping is folded in gently to create a light yet creamy filling. The filling is spooned into a standard graham cracker pie crust and chilled for several hours, allowing it to firm up and the flavors to meld.

This pie offers a smooth, custard-like texture with familiar warming spice from nutmeg. It requires no baking, making it a convenient dessert that highlights eggnog flavor in a refreshing format. It works well as a seasonal dessert or when you want eggnog beyond a beverage.

Chilling time affects the firmness, with longer refrigeration yielding a thicker pie. It is important to use full-fat eggnog and whole milk rather than fat-free versions to ensure proper texture and taste. Precise measurement of ingredients contributes to consistent results.
