Family friendly version

  • 5 cups cranberry juice 1200ml
  • 2 cups pineapple juice 480ml
  • 2 cups ginger beer 480ml
  • 25 ounces sparkling apple cider 750ml
  • 2 orange sliced
  • 2 lemon sliced, plural
  • 1 cup cranberries whole, 100g

Grown up version

  • 25 ounces dry white wine 750ml
  • 1 cup dark rum 240ml
  • 2 orange sliced
  • 2 lemon sliced, plural
  • 1 cup cranberries whole, 100g

Instructions

Family friendly version

  1. Slice oranges and lemons and set aside.
  2. Combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger beer, apple cider in a large beverage dispenser or punch bowl. Stir to mix well.
  3. Add cranberries and fruit slices and stir.
  4. Serve over ice.
