This easy fresh fruit salad is made with gut-healthy ingredients and is so quick to whip up this summer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup cubed watermelon (1/2-3/4 inch cubes)
- 1 mango, cut into 1/2-3/4 inch cubes
- 1 papaya, cut into 1/2-3/4 inch cubes
- 2 kiwi, chopped into cubes
- 2 tbsp minced fresh mint
- pinch salt
Dressing
- juice of 1 1/2 limes
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all of the fruit to a large bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the fruit. Add a pinch of salt if desired and then toss until combined. Top with fresh mint and serve.
Notes
- It's super simple to substitute other fruits in this salad. For example, if there's a fruit that's not your favourite, sub in with 1 cup of another fruit of choice.
