Ingredients
- 1 whole salmon filet
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the 1 whole salmon filet onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
