Easy Guacamole Recipe (how to make from scratch!)
Description
The Easy Guacamole Recipe starts by preparing fresh ingredients including large ripe avocados, diced Roma tomatoes, onions, and jalapeño, minced garlic, and chopped fresh cilantro. The avocado is mashed until broken down but still textured. The chopped vegetables and aromatics are then mixed in, followed by a squeeze of fresh lime juice that adds acidity to balance the rich creaminess of the avocado. Salt and black pepper season the dip, with optional hot sauce for additional spice.
The texture is creamy with small chunks of vegetables and herbs providing freshness and bite. The lime juice helps to keep the green color vibrant and adds brightness. This guacamole stands as a straightforward, from-scratch dip suitable for serving with chips, as a topping for tacos, or alongside Mexican dishes.
