Easy Hamburger Soup

Easy Hamburger Soup combines browned ground beef, onions, and garlic with tender diced potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a tomato-rich broth. The combination of beef broth, diced tomatoes, and condensed tomato soup creates a hearty and comforting base. Italian seasoning and Worcestershire sauce add depth to the flavor. The soup simmers until the potatoes and vegetables are tender, resulting in a classic, warming meal that uses common ingredients and straightforward preparation.

Description

Easy Hamburger Soup features lean ground beef cooked with onions and garlic to build a flavorful foundation. Potatoes, beef broth, canned diced tomatoes, and condensed tomato soup are added along with herbs and seasonings including Italian seasoning and Worcestershire sauce, which enhance the savory profile. The pot simmers covered to allow the flavors to meld and the potatoes to soften. Mixed vegetables are stirred in near the end and cooked until tender, adding variety and color to the dish. This soup offers a satisfying texture with tender meat pieces and soft vegetables, making it suitable for a filling lunch or dinner.
