Easy Homemade Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 6 cups frozen peaches defrosted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar divided
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¾ cup milk
Instructions
- Combine peaches with ½ cup sugar. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pour butter into the bottom of a 2 qt baking dish.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, remaining ¼ cup white sugar and cinnamon, mix well. Add milk and stir just until combined. Spread over butter mixture.
- Top with peaches (and any juices).
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until set.
Notes
- To Freeze: Once cooled, seal in an airtight container and freeze up to 6 months.
- To Reheat: Defrost in the fridge overnight and heat in the oven (or microwave) until warmed.
