  3. Stir in olive oil, salt, and 2 cups flour.
  4. Continue adding flour 1/4 cup at a time until dough clears sides of bowl. Dough should be soft, smooth, and elastic.
  5. Cover, and let dough rest for 10 minutes. 
  6. Use as desired to make pizza, breadsticks, and more.

  • Instant yeast can be used by skipping activating step and proceeding with dough preparation.
