Easy Keto Coleslaw

Easy Keto Coleslaw combines crunchy cabbage and carrots with a creamy dressing made from mayonnaise, sour cream, and heavy cream, balanced by lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and a touch of sweetness from Monk Fruit Sweetener. The dressing is seasoned with mustard, celery salt, garlic salt, and black pepper, producing a flavorful yet low-carb side dish. Tossing the vegetables in this tangy, creamy mix and chilling allows the flavors to meld, creating a crisp and refreshing salad that complements many keto-friendly meals.

Description

Easy Keto Coleslaw is a creamy salad featuring a blend of coleslaw mix vegetables dressed in a smooth mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream, and heavy cream. The dressing is brightened with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, providing a mild tang that balances the rich creaminess. Monk Fruit Sweetener adds a hint of sweetness without carbs, while Dijon mustard, celery salt, garlic salt, and fresh ground black pepper contribute subtle depth and spice. The salad is tossed together so the crunchy cabbage and carrot shreds are well coated. Chilling it in the fridge for at least an hour allows the flavors to fully infuse and soften the cabbage slightly, resulting in a crisp but tender texture. This coleslaw makes a suitable side dish in low-carb or keto diets, pairing well with grilled meats or other main courses.
