Easy Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs
Description
Easy Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs highlights the use of clarified butter for searing, which provides a shiny surface and helps the chicken thighs develop a crunchy golden brown crust. The chicken is first seasoned simply with sea salt and black pepper to enhance its natural flavor. Once seared, diced garlic is added carefully to infuse the pan without burning, followed by lemon zest to lift the dish's brightness. Adding dried oregano and lemon slices introduces herbaceous and fresh citrus elements. The dry white wine enriches the sauce and helps it thicken as the chicken finishes cooking to an internal temperature of 165°F. The resulting dish balances rich, savory meat with bright and aromatic lemon and herbs.
This preparation is suitable for plating alongside grilled vegetables or incorporating into salads, wraps, or tacos. It also makes a good meal prep option to reheat for subsequent meals, maintaining flavor and moisture through the gently simmered sauce.
