Easy Lobster Pasta Recipe
Description
The recipe starts by boiling pasta until just chewy to provide a firm texture. In a skillet, butter melts to flavor minced shallots and garlic, gently cooked until fragrant and soft. Lobster meat is added to warm through in the butter sauce, followed by seasoning with sea salt, fresh lemon juice, and zest for brightness. Dry white wine is incorporated and reduced to enrich the sauce. A small amount of reserved pasta water helps tighten the sauce.
Once thickened, the pasta is combined with the lobster sauce and fresh tarragon, enhancing the herbaceous notes. The dish is briefly heated more before serving, ensuring the lobster remains tender and the pasta coated evenly. This preparation maintains lobster's delicate texture and flavor without overpowering it.
Serving suggestions include a light salad or crusty bread, making the dish appropriate for a refined yet accessible seafood dinner. The use of lemon and tarragon provides a fresh contrast to the richness of butter and lobster.
