With just a handful of ingredients, this Easy Meatball Recipe makes the best juicy Italian meatballs. Simply flavored with Italian seasoning and parsley, these meatballs are perfect for meatball subs, spaghetti dinners, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg beaten, large
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 tablespoons parsley optional, chopped fresh Italian flat leaf

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Scoop the meat mixture using a spoon or cookie scoop to form into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake uncovered for 17 to 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. Turn halfway through, to prevent bottoms from browning.
  5. Serve with spaghetti using our delicious Marinara Sauce.
