Easy Oven Baked Scrambled Eggs
Description
This recipe combines a dozen eggs with milk and seasoning, whisked together to ensure a consistent mixture. The addition of shredded cheddar cheese adds mild sharpness and creaminess when melted throughout. Baking in a greased casserole pan at 350°F allows gentle, even cooking without constant stirring.
Interrupting the bake halfway to stir helps break up the eggs to mimic traditional scrambled eggs texture, resulting in fluffy curds. The final fluffing with forks enhances lightness. The baked eggs have a smooth, tender consistency with pockets of melted cheese, avoiding the need to stand over a stovetop.
This baked version suits making eggs for groups with less hands-on time. Serving immediately after baking provides best texture and flavor. The easy recipe uses common ingredients and standard oven cooking for convenience.
