Easy Peanut Butter Muffins
Description
The recipe starts by creaming sugar, butter, and eggs, then adds peanut butter and milk, creating a smooth wet base. Dry ingredients including flour, baking powder, and salt are sifted and folded in gently to maintain a tender crumb. Peanut butter chips stirred through the batter add bursts of peanut flavor throughout the muffins.
Portioned into muffin tins lined or greased, they bake quickly until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, developing a lightly golden top. These muffins can be served as a snack or breakfast item offering a peanut butter-rich taste without complexity.
