Easy Reese's Stuffed Brookie Cups

Easy Reese's Stuffed Brookie Cups blend chocolate chip cookie dough and brownie batter with peanut butter cups baked together in muffin cups. The result is a multi-textured treat combining chewy cookie edges, moist brownie center, and a rich peanut butter core. This handheld dessert offers layers of classic flavors in a convenient portion perfect for serving warm.

Description

This recipe creates brookies by layering chocolate chip cookie dough in the bottom of muffin cups, placing an unwrapped Reese's peanut butter cup upside down on top, and covering it with prepared brownie batter. Baking at 350°F results in a dessert where the cookie dough forms a chewy base, the brownie batter bakes into a fudgy topping, and the peanut butter cup melts into a gooey center.

The combination of textures and flavors from cookie, brownie, and peanut butter creates a rich and indulgent dessert suitable for sharing or portion-controlled treats. Removing from the pan after cooling slightly allows for easy handling and serving while still warm and soft.
