Easy Remoulade Sauce Recipe

Easy Remoulade Sauce is a creamy condiment made by whisking together Sriracha, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, hot sauce, sea salt, and onion powder. It offers a spicy, tangy, and savory flavor ideal for enhancing seafood or sandwiches.

Description

The Easy Remoulade Sauce combines spicy Sriracha with creamy mayonnaise and mustard, balanced by lemon juice and a blend of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce. Mixing these pantry staples creates a versatile sauce with a harmonious balance of heat, acidity, and savory notes.

This sauce can be prepared quickly and is ready to use after whisking, although chilling it enhances the melding of flavors. It pairs well with fried seafood, sandwiches, or as a dip, adding bright spice and richness with minimal effort.

For a New Orleans style variation, adding chopped hard-boiled eggs is an option to add texture and depth. With moderate spice from the Sriracha and hot sauce, it complements a variety of dishes without overwhelming other flavors.
