This roasted broccolini is crazy easy to make. All it takes is a little bit of seasoning, roasting, and voila — the perfect veggie side dish.

- 1 lb broccolini
- 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
- 1 tbsp oil olive or avocado
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Assemble the broccolini on a baking sheet. Season with oil and garlic parsley salt.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until broccolini is lightly golden. Enjoy!
