Quick & super easy to make, this Roasted Broccolini is a side dish that's perfectly paired with any entrèe!

Ingredients
- 12 ounces broccolini
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Rinse broccolini and shake dry. Trim the tips of the broccolini.
- Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, & pepper. Toss with broccolini and spread onto a baking sheet.
- Roast broccolini 9-11 minutes or until tender-crisp.
- Broil 1 minute if desired.
Notes
- Other additions can be added to the broccolini such as parmesan cheese or lemon zest.
- If overcooked, broccolini can become dry and tough so keep an eye on it and check it early if your stalks are thin to ensure they don't overcook.
