Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Season the 1 pound Salmon Fillet with Sea salt, to taste and pepper and place it into a baking dish. Bake for about 10-12 min, then flake it with a fork.
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon with the remaining ingredients (2 Large Eggs, 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce, 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Ginger Powder, ¾ Cup Oat Flour, ¾ Cup Almond Flour, 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs Seasoning, 1 teaspoon Paprika, and 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley) mixing well with your hands to combine.
- Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll it into small patties.
- Heat about a tablespoon or more of 2-3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon cakes four at a time, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with your favorite dip, and enjoy!

- This recipe makes about 12 patties. Each serving consists of 3 patties. Each Pattie will be roughly 160 calories.
- Salmon:
- I preferred making fresh salmon for this recipe. You can use canned salmon.
