Easy Shakshuka Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Shakshuka simmer sauce Wild Garden brand
  • 3 large egg
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 cup chopped olives green and black
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 packs rice and potato pilaf heated, Wild Garden brand

Instructions

  1. Pour shakshuka sauce into a pan and place over medium heat. Bring to a light simmer. 
  2. Crack in the eggs and place the lid on the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the eggs are poached. 
  3. Turn the heat off, top with olives, crumbled feta and parsley. 
  4. Serve with Rice and Potato Pilaf.
