  • 1 lb baby potatoes cut into equal pieces
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can corn
  • 1 (12 oz) bag frozen green beans
  • 1 lb Shrimp raw, tail on
  • 1 lb andouille sausage cut into pieces
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes for 15 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine butter with minced garlic, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and old bay seasoning.
  3. Onto a parchment lined large baking sheet, spread-out potatoes, corn, green beans, shrimp, and sausage. Season with salt and pepper and spoon the butter and old bay mixture throughout the sheet pan.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked; give a good stir. Serve with lemon wedges.
