Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potato cut into equal pieces
- ½ cup butter melted
- 5 garlic minced, cloves
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 (15.25 oz) can corn
- 1 (12 oz) bag green beans frozen
- 1 lb Shrimp raw, tail on
- 1 lb andouille sausage cut into pieces
- 1 lemon cut into wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine butter with minced garlic, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and old bay seasoning.
- Onto a parchment lined large baking sheet, spread-out potatoes, corn, green beans, shrimp, and sausage. Season with salt and pepper and spoon the butter and old bay mixture throughout the sheet pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked; give a good stir. Serve with lemon wedges.
