  • 18 oz spinach thawed and drained, frozen
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped (14 oz can) 
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray an 8X8 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.  
  2. Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl.  
  3. Then stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan Cheese, garlic and black pepper. 
  4. Spread the mixture into an even layer in the prepared 8X8 baking dish.  
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.  Serve warm with your favorite dippers and enjoy! 

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  • Reheat the dip before serving to restore its creamy texture.
  • An 8x8 baking dish is recommended, but a 9x9 or glass pie pan can also be used.
