Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Description
Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip blends frozen spinach and canned artichoke hearts into a creamy base of cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses add depth and a mild sharpness, while garlic and black pepper enhance the flavor. The mixture is spread evenly in a baking dish and baked at 350°F until bubbling. This yields a smooth, hot dip that’s creamy with tender vegetable bits distributed throughout. The cheeses melt into a cohesive texture, balancing richness and freshness.
The dip’s warm serving temperature emphasizes the melted cheese and softened spinach and artichoke pieces. It pairs well with chips or sliced vegetables for dipping. It’s a convenient dish to prepare ahead and reheat when needed, making it suited for social occasions or as a comforting snack.
Leftovers should be stored airtight and reheated before serving to regain the dip’s creamy warmth. Swapping baking dishes of similar size will not significantly affect the outcome.
