Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

The best spinach artichoke dip ever! It's easy to make and seriously the most delicious dip ever!

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz artichokes chopped and drained, quartered, canned
  • 1 ½ cup spinach thawed and drained, frozen, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 sweet round bread optional, KING'S HAWAIIAN® brand
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Chop artichokes into small pieces and place into large bowl. Add spinach to bowl and mix together.
  2. Microwave cream cheese in microwave safe bowl for 1 minute.
  3. Mix cream cheese, yogurt, mayo, garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and salt together.
  4. Add cheese mixture to bowl with veggies and mix together until well combined.
  5. Cut middle section out of bread bowl, making sure to leave a small layer of bread on the bottom of the bowl so the mixture doesn't leak through.
  6. Add mixture to center of bread bowl. Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  7. Wrap bread bowl sides with aluminum foil (leaving the dip portion uncovered).
  8. Broil in the oven on high for 1 minute or until cheese is browned and gooey.
  9. Remove from oven and serve with bread, chips, bagel chips, or veggies to dip.

Notes

  • The middle of the KING'S HAWAIIAN® sweet round bread likely won't be enough bread for all of the dip, so I recommend picking up some KING'S HAWAIIAN® sweet rolls or another loaf of KING'S HAWAIIAN® sweet round bread to have on hand for when the center pieces run out.
