This easy creamy tahini sauce with lemon, olive oil and garlic can be used in so many ways – as a sauce for protein or vegetables, on a buddha bowl, or even as a dressing.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 5-6 Tablespoons water
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add more water, 1 Tablespoon at a time to get your desired consistency.
Notes
- Storage: Store any leftover tahini sauce in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to one week. It may thicken as it sits. Just stir in a splash of water or lemon juice to loosen it back up before serving.
