Easy To Make Easter Bunny Charcuterie Board
Description
The Easy To Make Easter Bunny Charcuterie Board centers on a bunny shape cut from gouda cheese, accented with broccoli and parsley for greenery. Beef ham forms parts of the bunny's ears and nose, blueberries serve as eyes, and parsley sprigs mimic whiskers, adding charming details. Carrot cubes add color beneath the neck area.
Surrounding the bunny are complementary snacks: grapes, celery, carrots, bell peppers, and orange-glazed peanuts add fresh, crunchy, and savory notes. Rolled slices of beef and turkey ham contribute protein and texture variety, while round crackers and extra cheese slices fill out the board.
Chocolate eggs in vibrant colors are placed in bowls at opposite ends to balance the display and introduce a sweet element. This board works as a fun, shareable party platter for spring or Easter celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup crackers round
- 1 parsley bunch
- 1/3 cup peanuts in orange glaze
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate eggs colored
- 1/4 cup chocolate eggs foil wrapped
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 4-5 lices beef ham
- 4-5 lices turkey ham
- 1/4 cup bell peppers orange
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper
- 2 cups gouda cheese
- 2 blueberries
Instructions
- Prepare a clean wooden board to make the arrangements on. Cut out the body, head, and ears in the shape of a bunny out of gouda cheese.
- Create a "pillow" under the bunny ears and head using parsley and broccoli florets to add some greenery to your board.
- Use beef ham for the inside of the ears and the nose. For the eyes, place two blueberries, and for the whiskers, use the sprigs of parsley. Add cubes of carrots under the neck for a pop of color. Or use small pieces of fruit and string cheese for the bunny's face.
- Arrange the grapes, celery sticks, carrots, and bell peppers on both sides to fill out the entire board.
- Place the chocolate eggs in separate small bowls. Position each bowl at opposite sides of the board to create a balanced and visually appealing display.
- Fold the slices of beef and turkey ham to create cute little rolls and place them at the bottom of the board. Arrange the crackers, peanuts, and additional cheese slices on the board to fill in any gaps.
- Finally, use the remaining slices of Gouda cheese to shape the bunny's paws and legs, and make a bow tie out of beef ham slice, completing the adorable look of your Easter bunny charcuterie board!
