Easy Turkey Tenderloin
Description
This recipe cooks turkey tenderloin in a single baking dish layered with vegetables, combining roasting and braising techniques. The vegetables soften in olive oil while the turkey absorbs seasoning and liquids from the broth and wine, keeping the meat juicy. A final broil adds a desirable browned crust.
