Egg in a Bagel Hole

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp onion powder dried
  • 2 tsp garlic powder dried
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 6 sesame bagel split in half
  • 2 tsp butter unsalted
  • 6 egg
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp oregano dry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Using a 1½- to 2-inch round cutter, cut a larger hole in the center of the bagel.
  3. Put butter on every bagel, and put each half on a baking pan.
  4. Gently crack 1 egg into the hole of each bagel. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and dry oregano over the center of the egg.
  5. Place pan in the oven & bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes or until the white is set and the yolk is slightly runny.
  6. Serve immediately.
