  • 2 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 celery rib, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon dill fresh, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 lices romaine lettuce
  • 12 lices Wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and chop whites.
  2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and salt & pepper to taste until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  4. Serve on bread with a slice of lettuce
