Ingredients
- 6 egg hard boiled & shelled
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder dry
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 c. onion minced and grated, sweet
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 8 pieces bread
Instructions
- Separate yolks from whites. Place yolks in medium sized container. Mash them and add in mayo, vinegar, dry mustard, yellow mustard, sweet onion, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Dice egg whites and place in a separate bowl. Mix with egg yolks and refrigerate.
- Eat plain, on a bun or with crackers.
