Egg Salad with Bacon served in an avocado. For Whole30, use compliant mayonnaise or make your own.

Ingredients
- 6 egg peeled, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (use Whole30 compliant if desired)
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder dry
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch paprika
- 2 lices Bacon cooked and chopped (use sugar and nitrate free
- 4 green onions sliced thin
- 2 avocado optional
Instructions
- Coarsely chop eggs.
- Mix eggs with seasonings and mayonnaise
- Add onions and bacon.
- Adjust seasonings.
- Serve on a half of an avocado
