Eggless Spaghetti Carbonara

Eggless Spaghetti Carbonara features spaghetti tossed in a creamy sauce made from butter, garlic, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, topped with crisp bacon and fresh parsley. The absence of eggs makes the sauce rich and smooth while the bacon adds savory crispness. This version offers a satisfying and flavorful pasta dish without using raw eggs.

Description

This pasta dish called Eggless Spaghetti Carbonara begins by cooking diced bacon in a cold skillet until crisp, then draining excess fat. Spaghetti is boiled according to package directions. The pan is reduced to a small amount of bacon grease, butter is melted, and minced garlic is sautéed briefly. Heavy cream and salt are added, creating a creamy base. Cooked spaghetti is poured into the pan and tossed with the sauce, then Parmesan cheese is stirred in to enrich flavor and body.

The final dish is served hot, garnished with crunchy bacon pieces and fresh chopped parsley for color and brightness. The creamy sauce coats each strand of pasta, offering a smooth, garlicky taste balanced by salty cheese and smoky bacon.

This recipe provides a comfortable alternative to classic carbonara for those avoiding raw eggs yet wanting a rich pasta dish. The texture is creamy but slightly lighter due to the absence of eggs. Parsley brings freshness that complements the richness.
