Le "el submarino" est un chocolat chaud d'Argentine et Uruguay, dans laquelle la barre de chocolat est comme le sous-marin dans un verre de lait chaud.

Ingredients

  • 600 ml de lait
  • 4 barres (de 14 g) de chocolat noir (de préférence Àguila)
  • Sucre (au goût)

Matériel

  • 2 tasses à anse en verre

Instructions

  1. Porter le lait a ébullition.
  2. Le verser dans une longue tasse munie d’une anse.
  3. Plonger 2 barres de chocolat dans chaque tasse.
  4. Verser une quantité de sucre au goût.
  5. Mélanger à l’aide d’une longue cuillère.
