Energy Balls

Quick and easy Energy Balls made with just 6 ingredients! Stock your fridge with these for whenever you need a sweet treat that's full of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups peanut butter creamy
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup protein powder vanilla
  • teaspoon salt fine sea salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl mix all ingredients together.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the energy balls and then roll them into a ball. Place onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet. They should be about one inch in size.
  3. Place the cookie sheet into the refrigerator for 1 hour or until the balls are hardened.
  4. Transfer energy balls to a freezer ziploc bag and store in the freezer.

Notes

  • STORAGE:
  • FREEZER: For longer storage, keep energy bites in the freezer in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
  • FRIDGE: You can also store them in the fridge and they will last for up to 2 weeks.
