This fall harvest cheese board is the perfect combo of flavorful cheeses, Italian meats, dried fruits, fresh fruits and crispy crunchy crackers. If you have ever been intimidated about putting together a cheese board I have you covered with step by step instructions!

Ingredients
Cheese options:
- 1 wedge Brie cheese
- 1 wedge Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 wedge gouda cheese
- 1 wedge Cotswold cheddar
Meat options:
- 8 ounces proscuitto
- 8 ounces mortadella
- 8 ounces hard salami
- 4 ounces Candied bacon
Fresh and dried fruit options:
- 6 whole fresh figs cut in half or quartered
- 2 whole apples cored and sliced
- 2 whole pears cored and sliced
- 1 large bunch grapes
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1 cup dried figs
- 1 cup dried orange slices
- 1 cup dried apple rings
Accoutrement options:
- 2 cups pistachios
- 1 cup sunflower seeds whole or shelled
- 1 cup gherkins
- 1 cup olives mixed blend
- 1 cup Peruvian teardrop peppers
- 1 cup apple butter
Carb options:
- breadsticks
- Seedy Crackers
Board decoration options:
- 4 sprigs fresh Rosemary
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 sprigs fresh sage

Instructions
- Lay out your cheese on your boards.
- Fill little bowls and plates with remaining ingredients. Make sure to create a nice selection of bites and nibbles across the boards.
- Fill in the areas around the cheese with your filled bowls and plates and remember to add little cheese knives to each board for each cheese.
