This fall harvest cheese board is the perfect combo of flavorful cheeses, Italian meats, dried fruits, fresh fruits and crispy crunchy crackers. If you have ever been intimidated about putting together a cheese board I have you covered with step by step instructions!

Ingredients
Cheese options:
- 1 wedge Brie cheese
- 1 wedge gorgonzola cheese
- 1 wedge gouda cheese
- 1 wedge cheddar cheese Cotswold variety
Meat options:
- 8 ounces prosciutto
- 8 ounces mortadella
- 8 ounces hard salami
- 4 ounces Bacon candied
Fresh and dried fruit options:
- 6 whole figs cut in half or quartered, fresh
- 2 whole apple cored and sliced
- 2 whole pear cored and sliced
- 1 large bunch grapes
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1 cup figs dried
- 1 cup orange dried, sliced
- 1 cup dried apple rings
Accoutrement options:
- 2 cups pistachio
- 1 cup sunflower seeds whole or shelled
- 1 cup gherkins
- 1 cup olive mixed blend
- 1 cup Peruvian teardrop pepper
- 1 cup apple butter
Carb options:
- breadsticks
- crackers seedy variety
Board decoration options:
- 4 prigs rosemary fresh
- 4 prigs thyme fresh
- 4 prigs sage fresh
Instructions
- Lay out your cheese on your boards.
- Fill little bowls and plates with remaining ingredients. Make sure to create a nice selection of bites and nibbles across the boards.
- Fill in the areas around the cheese with your filled bowls and plates and remember to add little cheese knives to each board for each cheese.
