  • 10 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 medium red bell pepper jarred or roasted at home see notes below, about ¾ cup, roasted
  • 1 garlic small clove
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon oregano dried
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (or to taste)

Garnishes (Optional)

  • feta cheese crumbled feta, dried oregano, and/or additional chili flakes and kalamata olives
  • chili flakes
  • kalamata olives
  • oregano

Accompaniments

  • pita bread warm
  • vegetable sticks cucumber, carrot, celery, etc, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food process and puree until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with your desired garnishes.
