This sweet Fig Smoothie features fresh figs alongside pomegranates bursting with flavor. Thick greek yogurt and a handful of coconut flakes for garnish round this Fig Smoothie out to make it a sip-able, creamy dream.

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt Two Good
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
- 1 coop vanilla protein powder Clean Simple Eats
- 1 cup figs fresh or frozen
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes for garnish optional
- 1 cup ice IF USING FRESH FIGS
Instructions
- In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, protein powder, figs, and fresh pomegranates. If using fresh figs, add ice here, too.
- Blend for 45-60 seconds until fruit is thoroughly blended.
- Pour into two glasses, garnish with coconut flakes and enjoy!

- Optional add ins: banana, chia seeds, oats, peanut/almond butter, spinach (but blend spinach alone with a splash of milk or water first to avoid any chunks)

- Make sure to add the protein powder in between other ingredients. If you add it closest to the blade, it can heat up and taste burnt.
