Fish Sandwich with Garlic Aioli Coleslaw
Description
The preparation starts by mixing a garlic aioli from mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper, which is refrigerated to meld flavors. Frozen fish sandwich fillets are baked according to package directions until done. Meanwhile, shredded green and red cabbage and carrots are combined and dressed with the chilled garlic aioli to make the coleslaw.
Once the fish fillets are finished, they are kept warm and the buns are buttered inside and broiled until golden brown. The sandwich is assembled by placing a fish fillet on the bottom bun, topping it with generous coleslaw, and finishing with the top bun. The final sandwich offers a combination of tender fish, creamy and garlicky slaw, and toasted soft buns.
This sandwich provides a casual and flavorful option for lunch or dinner. The coleslaw adds freshness and texture, and the garlic in the aioli lifts the mild fish flavor. Serving immediately preserves the crunch and warmth of the components.
