Flatbread Pizza Recipe

Zazz up pizza night by making quick and easy flatbread pizzas with Flatout Flatbread. Our favorites are caprese and chicken caesar salad!!

Caprese Pizza

  • 1 Flatout Light Italian Herb flatbread
  • 6 lices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • basil fresh
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

  • 1 Flatout Light Italian Herb flatbread
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/3 cup chicken cooked and sliced
  • caesar dressing
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese flakes
  • black pepper cracked

Instructions

Caprese Pizza

  1. Place the Flatout on a baking sheet or pizza pan, place mozzarella over top and bake at 450 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Remove and top with tomato, basil and vinegar.

Chicken Ceasar Salad Pizza

  1. Place the Flatout on a baking sheet or pizza pan, place mozzarella over top and bake at 450 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, toss the romaine and chicken in the caesar dressing. Remove the Flatout from the oven and allow to cool for 3-4 minutes. Top with the dressed romaine and chicken, parmesan flakes and black pepper. ENJOY!
