Flourless Banana Pancakes

Flourless Banana Pancakes blend ripe bananas, eggs, peanut butter, oats, and spices into batter cooked in small portions for easy flipping. These pancakes have a tender, moist texture with natural sweetness and a hint of cinnamon, making a breakfast option without traditional flour.

Description

The recipe uses ripe mashed bananas mixed with whole eggs and egg whites, creamy peanut butter, quick-cooking oats, cinnamon, and optional vanilla. The batter can include additions like chocolate chips or blueberries for variety. Cooking small pancakes in a skillet greased with coconut oil prevents sticking and helps cook evenly.

These pancakes cook quickly on medium-low heat until small bubbles form in the center, signaling readiness to flip. The result is warm, soft pancakes with fruity sweetness, mild nuttiness from peanut butter, and a slightly coarse texture from oats.

Serve topped with sliced banana, maple syrup, or other favored toppings for a satisfying meal. The recipe suits those seeking a flourless alternative with a balance of protein and natural sweetness.
