Make vintage fluff jello salad just like you remember from picnics and holiday dinners. There are endless variations to this fruit gelatin salad!

Ingredients
- 24 ounces 4% milkfat small curd cottage cheese
- 6 ounces orange jello (1 large or 2 small boxes)
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle the Jello powder overtop. Mix well.
- Add the drained pineapple and oranges. Mix well.
- Fold in the Cool Whip and mini marshmallows.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
