Four Cheese Jalapeno Poppers – Recipe

A recipe for jalapeno poppers stuffed with a mixture of four different cheeses for a decadent and delicious party favor or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 20 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 cream cheese about 16 ounces, softened, packages quantity not specified
  • 6 ounces goat cheese
  • 8 ounces Asiago cheese shredded
  • 8 ounces White Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
  • paprika or hot chili powder for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Set onto lightly oiled baking dishes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cheeses and garlic. Mix well.
  4. Fill each jalapeno pepper with the garlic-cheese mixture. You might have some leftover, depending on the size of your peppers. Just distribute evenly.
  5. Bake the jalapeno poppers about 20 minutes, or until the peppers soften and the cheeses are bubbly.
  6. Remove from heat, cool slightly, then dust with paprika or chili powder.
  7. Serve!
