  • 1 French bread loaf
  • 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 1/4 cup chicken , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper , chopped
  • crushed red pepper , to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut loaf of French bread in half and then half again lengthwise. Like you were making a submarine sandwich.
  2. Place them on a rimmed baking sheet, cut side up and toast for 5 minutes in the oven.
  3. Remove and equally divide Alfredo sauce, chopped chicken, red onion and roasted red pepper on the 4 slices of bread.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove and season with crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
