Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 egg beaten thoroughly
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 6 lices bread or more

For Serving:

  • butter
  • powdered sugar
  • maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon & milk until thoroughly combined.
  3. Dip each slice of bread (on both sides) into the egg mixture then place it directly into the hot skillet.
  4. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown.
  5. Serve with butter, sprinkled powder sugar, and maple syrup.
  6. I served with fresh fruit & turkey sausage. Enjoy.
