Fresh Cranberry Salsa
Description
Fresh Cranberry Salsa mixes rinsed cranberries with sugar to mellow their tartness, while jalapeños add mild heat without overwhelming the fruit. Cilantro and green onions introduce herbal and aromatic notes, complemented by both orange and lime juice for a balanced, bright acidity. The salsa's preparation involves pulsing cranberries to small pieces in a food processor but avoiding pureeing to maintain texture. After mixing, the salsa is refrigerated to allow the flavors to meld. Served cold, it pairs nicely with Mission Strips tortilla chips, making it a colorful addition to any gathering or casual snack time.
