Fresh Dill Dip
Description
Fresh Dill Dip combines equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream as a creamy base, accented by finely grated or minced white onion for mild sharpness. Fresh dill adds an aromatic herbaceous quality, while Worcestershire sauce contributes subtle umami notes. Garlic powder, kosher salt, and white pepper season the dip to balance savory flavors.
The dip is stirred until smooth and chilled before serving to let the flavors meld. It pairs well with various crudités, crackers, or bread, offering a fresh and cool accompaniment to snack or appetizer platters.
Because it contains perishable dairy ingredients, the dip should be kept refrigerated and served cold. Adjust the dill amount based on preference to highlight its fresh herbal character without overpowering.
