Fresh Mango Salsa

Fresh Mango Salsa blends ripe mango diced with firm avocado chunks, diced red bell pepper, red onion, and a touch of jalapeño for mild heat, all brightened with lime zest and juice. This uncooked salsa offers a fresh, chunky texture and a balance of sweet, tart, and mildly spicy flavors. It's a versatile condiment that pairs well with tortilla chips, grilled fish, or tacos.

Description

Fresh Mango Salsa combines ripe mango and slightly firm avocado with crisp red bell pepper and pungent red onion. The finely minced jalapeño adds a gentle heat that can be adjusted by including or removing the seeds. Lime juice and zest bring a citrus brightness that helps keep the avocado from browning. The salsa is tossed together without cooking, preserving the fresh textures and vibrant colors. It holds well in the refrigerator for a few days, making it convenient to prepare ahead. This salsa complements snacks like multigrain tortilla chips and can be served atop fish, shrimp, or tacos to add fresh flavor contrasts.
