Fresh ripe peaches make this Peaches and Cream Pie refreshing and delicious. And a pre-made crust makes it easy.

Ingredients
- 1 inch pie crust baked and cooled, This is a good recipe
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3 fresh ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
- Whipped Cream optional
Instructions
- Prepare pie crust according to recipe directions.
- Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread into the bottom of pie shell.
- Slice cheeks off of fresh peaches and cut into slices. Toss with lime {or lemon} juice, then arrange in concentric circles around the pie.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into slices and top with whipped cream.
