Instructions
- Place egg roll wrappers stacked onto a cutting board and cut into ½-inch wide strips using a pizza cutter.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat 1 cup oil, add wonton strips, and fry until golden brown.
- Place on a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
Notes
- Air fry. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray the strips with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. To reheat and crisp up, spread them into a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 1-2 minutes at 350°F.
